Reactive Hypoglycemia Recipes - The "Vanilla Blueberry Blast" Reactive Hypoglycemia Fighting Smoothie


Since everyone was such a fan of my last protein shake/smoothie for people with reactive hypoglycemia called "The Ryano". - Which is also great for people that just like healthy snacks; I've decided to post my other shake, the "Vanilla Blueberry Blast".

To make this shake you will need...
  • Chia Seeds
  • Frozen or fresh blueberries
  • Almond Milk
  • Raw Oatmeal (Optional, suggested if made in the morning for breakfast.)
  • Rice Protein or Vanilla ISO-Pure Whey Protein
